Utilizing the talents and abilities of everyone involved, we strive to make the planning, design and construction one continuous, cohesive process.
From the beginning conceptual phase of the project, we like to be engaged and contribute as a partner so we can add value by offering our construction expertise in the following areas:

• Product availability and alternatives
• Design and construction options
• Definition of scope of work
• Value engineering
• Preliminary and final budgets
• Preconstruction and construction schedules
We are well-versed in project planning and have developed strong relationships with various government and private agencies like the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA), Placer and Washoe County Building Departments, Lahontan and Martis Camp Design Review Committees. In addition, we have a full time interior designer on staff to collaborate with the Client, Architect and other Design Professionals in material and product selection and assist with the coordination of other design professionals.
John Brink is personally committed to working with each client through the entire process. By limiting the number of homes we build each year, we assure our Clients that they get the personal attention and attentive service they deserve. John’s philosophy of effective project management, optimization of resources, careful oversight and team collaboration are the core elements of executing a quality and cost effective project.
